Maintenance Instructions:

Must clean after every use with warm water to remove blood, tissues, and mucus from the instruments
Ultrasonic cleaning is recommended for all the instruments specially articulated instruments such as forceps, rongeurs, etc
Use only standard and reputed brands of disinfectant solutions.

Sterilization:

We recommend that the temperature does not exceed 120C.
Dry heat sterilization sees that the temperature does not exceed 180C and there should be no long exposure as this would cause discoloration, and loss of temper, and this in turn would disturb the hardening of the instrument.
Do not use substandard chemicals or disinfectants as they can damage the instruments.
Avoid the use of unsuitable highly acidic chlorine-containing agents.
Use Demineralized water only.
Never rub an instrument with a metal brush at the time of cleaning.

Warranty:

Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 6 Months against manufacturing defect
Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
Buzzdent will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
Buzzdent and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Buzzdent may assist the customer
in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced.
The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not
altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
