Re Treaty
The retreatment involves re-accessing the pulp chamber, removing the intra-canal obturation materials before proceeding to a new root canal treatment.

NiTi retreatment files are used to remove the gutta percha, carrier-based obturators or filler paste before reshaping of canal. The procedure is same to remove carrier-based obturator or gutta percha alone.
Designed to be used in sequence to remove filling material
More Advantages
The concept of minimally invasive treatment without Desocclusol

A real intuitive sequence, safe to use and respectful of the original anatomy.

Instructions for use
Step 1 Diagnostic Radiographic Assessment
Review horizontally angulated radiographs to determine the root morphology (width, length, curvature) and canal configuration.
Step 2 Access Cavity Preparation
Create an access cavity to ensure clear visualization of all canal orifices.
Step 3 Coronal Third Gutta-Percha Removal (Bull)
Engage the Bull instrument at the canal orifice in contact with gutta-percha using: Continuous clockwise rotation (150°) or Reciprocating motion (150° clockwise followed by 30° counterclockwise).
Step 4 Middle Third Gutta-Percha Removal (Skinn-Y)
Introduce Skinn-Y into the middle third of the canal. Remove gutta-percha with gentle in-and-out motions, advancing the instrument 1–3 mm per cycle. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent ledging or transportation.
Step 5 Working Length Determination & Patency Check
Use a K-file with an electronic apex locator to measure working length. Confirm patency by passively negotiating the file 0.5–1.0 mm beyond the apical constriction.
Step 6 Canal Shaping (Shap-Y Series)
Shap-Y1: Negotiate to full working length. Shap-Y2 & Shap-Y3: Sequentially enlarge the canal to achieve tapered preparation and final shaping. Maintain copious irrigation throughout the procedure.
